Chef Daysha Amster

Chef Daysha Amster, graduate of the Art Institute of Seattle, has an artistic approach to serving her community with food prepared from scratch and with only the best ingredients, locally sourced and organic whenever possible. Chef Daysha also reaches out to the community to share her passion of cooking during a local summer program with school agers and also does food demonstrations at the local family owned grocery store Martin’s Super Market School of Cooking.

Chef Daysha Amster is the wife of a craft beer specialist with two young children. She is dedicated to her home as well as her work.
