Chef Daysha Amster studied world cuisine at the Art Institute of Seattle. She is very diverse and spends her spare time researching new and exciting cuisine along with recipes steeped in tradition of where they originated. Chef Daysha Amster leads her staff in excellent customized catering. We value and appreicate that all events are not created equal. Everyone has a different need whether it be dietary restrictions, drop off catering, on-site or off-site catering, we can do it!


We ask our catering clients to fill out a catering questionairre so we can learn what their event is about, what needs they have, what their likes and dislikes are and we send back sample menus of items that we have done in the past or a menu that is new and perfect for them.
We require 50% down to be considered "hired" or to "hold" the date. We require full payment no later than the day prior to the event for events exceeding $1,000, otherwise the day off the event. We also require a firm head count by no later than 5 days prior to the event. We provide staffing options or drop off scenarios.
